Dear Readers,
The Bible contains so many true, perfect messages that can strengthen us all with hope and reassurance of happiness in Heaven after our short lives on Earth now, which are like moments compared to the eternal gift prepared for us. We just need to believe in, and accept, the gift with gratitude to God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit within us, freely available as a constant guide to help us now. With all sincerity, we should realise now that words within John 14:2 give us an even lovelier message than in any sweet Valentine card: “There are many rooms in my Father’s house, and I am going to prepare a place for you. I would not tell you this if it were not so.”-Good News Translation.
It is no accident that the words I WAS BORN make RAINBOWS, and every person can make their life a rainbow of love by using what we have been given to try to care well for each other, and give glory to God. We know that the duration varies for different people, but we can all be welcomed home to the perfect kingdom afterwards, and live in joy for eternity there.
It’s quite beautiful that ‘STRAIGHT SOON’ or ‘SOARS TONIGHT’ can rearrange to make ‘SHOOTING STAR’!
Here in Blog Post #92, for readers who enjoy Mathematics it’s also interesting to note that no whole, square numbers ever end with the digits 92 on the right. However, I would like to offer you the following fun brainteaser…
CUBES BRAINTEASER
(Note: 1 = 1 x 1 x 1 or ‘1 cubed’, 8 = 2 x 2 x 2 or ‘2 cubed’, and 27 = 3 x 3 x 3 or ‘3 cubed’ are examples of cube numbers.)
What percentage of positive, whole cube numbers end with the digits 92 on the right?
A solution will, God-willing as always, be published at the time of the next blog post.
CUBES BRAINTEASER SOLUTIONΒ (being posted now on 20.2.2021)
For which positive whole numbers do their cubes end with the digits 92 on the right?
The answer is: all whole numbers ending in 48 or 98 on the right,
and that’s all.
For example,
48 cubed = 110592; 98 cubed = 941192;
148 cubed = 3241792; 198 cubed = 7762392,
and so on.
Since there will be just two numbers ending in 92 out of each successive hundred cube numbers, we can conclude that just 2% of positive whole number cubes end with the digits 92.
Wishing everyone lots of love forever,
