Blog Post #57: Happy Birthday & Happy Wedding Anniversary!!

Dear Readers,

A couple of hours ago, I sent an early 24th wedding anniversary message to my sister whose husband is also about to have his 55th birthday.

The happy message included several surprises, one of which was the following fun puzzle…

My wife and my son and I (Jenny, Michael and Paul) each thought of a different one-digit whole number. Let’s call the respective numbers J, M and P.

The numbers were specially designed for my sister and her husband because…

(P+J) x P = 24

AND

(J+M) x J = 55.

My family had to solve the puzzle in just four minutes while a romantic song played for them! Your fun challenge is to enjoy cracking the puzzle too, and if possible at least as quickly as my family had to!

I wish everyone a wonderful weekend now, and the puzzle solution will be published here when I post the next blog article xxx

P, J, M Puzzle Solution (being posted on 8.08.2019)

(3+5) x 3 =24

AND

(5+6) x 5 = 55.
